Hi David,

I am currently the Facilitator of the PUMA process at the ConocoPhillips Oil Refinery located in North Lincolnshire.

PUMA is a Behaviour Based Safety Process that we utilise here on the Refinery to help with employee personal safety. This is done by identifying workplace behaviour and providing feedback to the employee after observing them for a prescribed period of time.
