Can anyone help me please.
has anyone got or know of a website where I can obtain a summarised version of the above document.
I have to put this into a manageable version for our sites. So if anyone can help I would be most grateful.

All I can find is the whole document at http://www.wales.nhs.uk/...43-E756-5C1830C1D0F28412 and I presume you already have that, but it has an executive summary, is that any use?

Thanks John but yes I have those documents. What it is I need to summarize it and send it to our municipal collection sites for their reference and guidance.
