Hello everyone,
I am on a radio programme tomorrow night and will be speaking on farm safety. I have a list of matters that I intend to cover but would like your ideas, mainly what comes to mind when you think of farm safety, eg machinery etc.
Thank you for any ideas .
Seamus

Young people - teenagers that want to earn a bit of money at the weekend or after school. Usually very enthusiastic and want to help in any way they can, without fully understanding the dangers present (thinking of my brothers farm: chemicals, machinery, animals, working at height, manual handling etc)

HSE have useful farm self assesment software which you can download from their web site. I think it will give you a lot to consider and think about!

Let me know what your think of it if you use it.
Regards
John
