Can anyone advise if the replacement of double glazing windows in an office block would come under CDM? it has been suggested to me that it may not be since we are replacing the windows only.

yes - all construction work is now cdm able - this is likely to be non notifeable depending on how long it goes on for - but there are still duties all over the place....
