Posted By Merv Newman The check-list offered by Clare is OK but the problem is actually getting them to do the checks rather than just checking the boxes. Best system I know is for all trucks to be parked up at the end of shift outside the foreman's office. Incoming shift then do the checks in concert under the foreman's eye. Takes five minutes. Merv
