Legionella - monitoring the water within your workplace

Hi
Does anyone have a form/report that can help me. We have recently had all our water supplies/work sites tested for Legionella. We now have to perform regular testing and I would like to see if there is a form that we could use to assist us?

Did you test the Bottled Water dispensers? [I think it should be done by the supplier] - a few years ago Legionella was found in one of the dispensing units where I was working.

I would look at the HSE ACOP on Legionella. It is comprehensive.

We have our water coolers maintainted the company that supplied them, they are cleaned etc every 6 months.

Get back in touch with the competent body who conducted the initial survey and assessments. They will surely have made recommendations and it should be little trouble for them to provide you with a suitable pro-forma to enable you to comply.
There are also several forms out there in the public domain easily found using Google.
