On the HSE F10 notification of project where the form requests a 'Name' does the name have to be of the individual (client, designer, cdm coordinator etc)or the the company.

If it is the company name then how do you differentiate between appointed designers within a multi discplinary company.

Hi Paul.

Usually it's a team doing the job, so the company.

The new version of F10 requires the key contact's details to be included.
