i am a sub contractor and i am soon to have my wages paid by an admin support services for a percentage of my wages, why would the contractor i work for do this, now i am thinking about taking my men with me and paying them myself , but still working for the same contractor. has anyone had dealings with admin support services

I am not sure if this is a health and safety query?

Maybe they are just making the admin easier by using another business to manage it for them?

If you are losing out financially can you adjust your pricing to cover the losses?
