The hazards and controls relative to different types of dust and the way it is produced vary enormously and as such someone elses RA will not be relevant. Things to consider are partical size, ie respirable, is it airbourne, is it in the breathing zone, is it flammable, is it explosive, is it toxic, is it carcenogenic, does it cause respiratory problems ie silicosis, is it abrasive, What LEV is present, is water used to suppress, housekeeping standards, expolsion panels,etc etc. I would suggest that you get some "expert" guidance and not try and modify something thats not relevant. Yo will miss something that is a significant risk if you do it that way.
