Our H&S requirements require monthly H&S checks in common areas on unmanned sites. Does anybody know of firms offering this solution. Currently about 50 properties throughout England and Wales

Hi Peter,
If you are checking monthly, who is undertaking your weekly fire alarm test?
If there are water outlets that are not being used on a regular basis who flushing these units and recording it for audit purposes?
Are you checking your emergency lighting and recording this, also it would be Best Practice to carry out visual checks of your Fire Extinguishers on a weekly basis.
