Posted By Paul L Williams Dear all, I have been tasked with re-viewing our permit to work form with the engineering department. Our aim is to design an A4 permit that can be used in a duplicate booklet for engineers and contractors. What I would like to ask my fellow safety practitioners in the manufacturing sector is whether you have already created a permit design that you wouldn't mind sharing with me. If so I would appreciate it if you could forward a copy to; williamsp@trcoaters.co.ukKind regards Paul Williams

Posted By Philip McAleenan Paul, this permit is freely available from our website. http://www.web-safety.co...documentation/permit.docIt is a copyleft document, so if you decide to use it in full or substantially, have a read at the terms first. Good luck with the review, Philip

Posted By Rauf Dear Paul,
Try the web site if it will not give sufficient information I am ready to help.
I have already designed PTW for some companies as a consultant.
Let me know if you need specific advise I will respond. Consider that the permit must be easy and professional.
By the way Is the management are going to accept your PTW and are they going to apply OHSAS 18001 Management System.
Best regards
Rauf
