Does anyone have any experience of the canisters on Tornado T5 Repirators falling off if knocked ?

I suggest you contact your supplier if they fall off when knocked. How will they perform in actual use, if they break or the canisters fall off then it seems to me they are not suitable. This can get you into trouble if they fail in a critical situation.
