Dear All,
I have heard that there are software packages on the market which can assist with the internal reporting of accidents, analysis, and compilation of KPI data. Are you able to recommend any companies who can offer this type of package please?

Posted By Simon Dean Hi Kelly We use a web based system for reporting accidents, near misses etc. It also caters for audits, setting actions, Risk Assessments etc. It had the facility to print of statistics and charts on what criteria you stipulate.
