I have been asked to try and find a copy of these regulations, i'm not sure if they have been updated since 1960, i did come across a document that was dated 1990. I have tried searching on the internet but so far have had no luck.
Does anyone know where i could lay my hands on a copy of these reg's?

I believe the Radioactive Substances regulations 1993 consolidates earlier legislation including the 1960 act.

I think you probably mean the Radioactive Substances Act 1960 (RSA60). This wsa replaced by the Radioactive Substances Act 1993 (RSA93).

A copy is probably available from HMSO. If you have any problems email me.
