I need help calculating air velocity. I used a katathermometer and stop watch but the results are off the charts. The air temperature was around 31 C and speeds around 320 seconds, both off the nomographs. Are there any other charts or methods that I can use?

Alison,

You can use the formula that comes with the kata thermometer. I'll see if i can find it in my library.
