Posted By TONY What are the implications on the Principle Contractor for the Client or organisations rep not signing the F10?
I've noticed that the CDM Co-ordinator is still signing these documents as was the old planning supervisors before him.
Having spoken to the HSE they confirmed what I thought that should the S### hit the fan it would show once again show negligence from the Client but my concern is whilst I can make the CDM Co-ordinator aware of this till I’m blue in the face will the Principle Contractor be dragged into this wrong doing by the HSE and any subsequent prosecution.
More importantly by the Client not signing the F10 does it make the doc null and void?

Posted By Robert K Lewis Plus even Andrew East is rowing back on their "only the client " stance. It is dependent on a range of information and it is not worth going through the arguments again.
Some we will sign for, if authorised, others we won't. We do our due diligence assessment concerning our risks as well in spite of what some people may think.
