What is the maximum number of Permits can be issued by one issuer as per any standards?

I think some time i'm getting over loaded with aroun 80 permits per day.

you've just answered your own question :-)

If your issuing 80 permits a day, how do you ensure that you are conrolling these activites or work areas so as to ensure the workforce does not clash?

I would have also said that it would be dependent upon the type of permits that are being issued, i.e hot work, excavation, entry, etc.

Perhaps you need to re-assess the situation, generally speaking 'permit's to work' should only be required for jobs that have a 'significant risk level' say nominally 20% of the jobs, which would then relieve you of around 80% of your permits to work, leaving you to concentrate on 16 rather than 80 permits to work a day (which to me still seems excessive!)
