Does anyone have a checklist / disclaimer that I can use for bicycles. They will be provided by our company free of charge to members of the public to get around the local area?

Disclaimers are not worth the paper they are written on.
What you need to ensure is that when you hire any bicycle out then safety checks have been carried out and the customer signs to say that you have gone through the obvious checks with them and they are receiving the bicycle in good order.

Disclaimers are worth the paper they are written on if they comply with the unfair contracts act.
You can say that "..... you do so at your own risk", however the duty holder may not contract out of his own negligence.
