Darren might have sent you this:

http://www.e-hazard.org.uk/

Good case study which is used for HELA training but generally accessible.

Training I did a few years back invovled a video relating to an incident with a forklift truck - it was good as it allowed the video to be paused and techniques for information gathering and interviewing to be done in the interim.

Unfortunately all that is as useful as a chocolate teapot as I don't know what the title was! However, it does show that such materials are commerically available.

Hi Lulu,

have you tried to google "Accident Investigation Training video"? You will come up with some great results.

Hope this helps.
