A search on this forum should turn up previous responses to similar questions.

My employers liability insurance also covers public liability to £1M for an all in cost of £114.99.

Happy to supply details if required.

Thanks Peter, I am desperate for this info as I am away for 3 weeks holiday on Friday. As I have been working for Metronet Rail (up until yesterday!) I need to get things resolved on my return.

So, If I don't respond on forum its because I am away - but please forward suggestions to:

eddie@searo.freeserve.co.uk

best wishes Eddie

Peter

I'd be interested to know who provides that level of cover at such a good price, I pay considerably more. Is this an aggregate of £1M per year or £1M per claim?

Edie

Be careful when choosing a provider as many will not cover everything you may be involved in. IOSH have a members scheme that seemed quite reasonable although much more than quoted above.

Good luck

David, we're talking about public liability, not professional indemnity which in my case is approx £800 per annum.

OOPS, doesn't do to get the 2 mixed up, that sounds about right for PI so I'm happier now. Thanks
