We are about to have a company fun day (open day), this will involve employees bringing their families to the company for bouncy castles, bucking bronco bull, and warehouse office tours. Can anyone give me some good advice as to how we can manage children and parents in the warehouse. The warehouse will not be operational when we do the tours.

Small groups and make it clear that parents manage the children, not you.

Gangways, dodgey stacking, dark corners, sharp edges, and hazardous products are the things you need to avoid. Oh, and converyor belts - isolate them, not switch them off, take the fuses out. (Little fingers and buttons, bless).

If you can, aim at groups of ten or less and tell the guides to be counting every time they stop to show something.
