Hi Jayjay - may I be the first one on this forum to offer my congratulations. Well done!!

A lot of hard work has paid off - now you need to get a procedure in place to ensure the safety of any documents and ensure no accidents happen that may cause stress to people, or injury to poor dumbers lol.

Again well done

That is horrendous bad luck - what can I say. Had this been last week it would have been Fri 13 - quite close anyhow. I am quite sure that the nice IOSH people would let you have another cert for about 7 squillion quid or so - ask the question if you dont have any luck let me know
