Posted By Robert K Lewis I see Lisa has managed to get her response to the fatality figures out before the HSE have even managed to update their site. This was a news item yesterday and I applaud the rapid response.
The tardiness of the HSE is however of concern - I note that their website press releases have not been updated since 23/05/07 Are we to presume that this service is being phased out? I used to find it useful to know what is happening but it now seems to be ignored by the HSE as a vehicle for information.

Posted By Sally I'm not sure if it's a problem with your system but the HSE press releases have entries throughout June and July. The also had info and statements on the fatalities on yesterday - prior to Lisa's statement.

Posted By Robert K Lewis You are right - thanks - seems like my server wants to keep the same page if it can.
Still agree with Lisa!:-)

Posted By anon1234 I have however noticed that the HSE do quite often take a reasonable amount of time to update this part of their site - regularly they do not appear for 3 or 4 days after the supposed press release date

Posted By anon1234 db - the links fine if all you want to know is when something has changed. However, my concern is that the HSE make press releases but it takes another 3 or 4 days and in some cases more before they actually appear on the HSE website
