Hi , could anyone help me! I have had a query from a designer who want to put a risk assessment on his drawings (in the corner), has anyone got a risk format for the design drawings

Cheers

I'm delighted that a Designer wants to put risk information on the drawing, but I wouldn't refer to it as a "Risk Assessment".

Perhaps more accurate to say "Information about residual risk which the competent contractor could not be expected to know about"?
Could be a suggested build sequence, a hazard within the existing structure, etc.
All good stuff- get it on the drawing, that's what everyone works from, not a wedge of paperwork!
Some are considering the use of the hazard warning symbol on areas of the drawing - I like that too.
And no Merv,I haven't included post-nominals.We are all mere mortals after all.
