Hello All,

I will be taking up my new position as a prison health and safety manager on Monday and am really looking forward to the challenges that lay ahead.

Has anyone out there got a copy of a prison risk assessment especially related to cells etc that they would be willing to send me so that i can take a look.

My background in in retail / finance and manufacturing so this is a BIG step for me and i don't want to mess it up.

And secondly, with the inception of the no smoking laws in wales, where do i stand from stopping inmates smoking inside the prison / in their cells etc ? DISCUSS!!!!!
