Can anyone advise on any suppliers of kevlar gloves for the catering industry if so what price and contact details

Almost all the major glove manufacturers supply Kevlar gloves. However, these come in a wide range of thicknesses and qualities, so which glove is right for your purpose will need to be identified.

Remember that Kevlar gloves are only cut resistant, not cut proof. The only gloves that are truly cut proof are those from chain mail.
