A positive spin on H&S - after the Piper Alpha disaster, which occurred on the evening of 6 July 1988, resulted in the deaths of 165 of the 226 people on board the North Sea . Its great to see a "textbook evacuation" & no injuries.

Well done to all concerned - Shell + RAF + Aberdeen Coastguard etc.

Nothing on the BBC news page on this event this morning - well done sky news.

The report I saw was not the Tern Alpha or Shell, it was Diamond drilling and the rig was the Ocean Guardian
