I an keen to ascertain what roles and responsiblities safety reps should have and training they need in order for them to fulfil their role.I am currently on a H&S Project on a large warehouse and distrubution site who are looking to fulfil safety reps roles to help improve their overall safety management plan. Any ideas comments/feedback please.

Ian if this is a union SR then the roles and responsibilities are clear cut (enshrined in H&S Law) for rep of Employee Safety they are also in H&S law.

Then they are Representatives of Employee Safety and the booklet may help.
