Hi,
We are currently updating our legislation database for our SMS. In the UK, we refer to the Employers Liabilith Insurance (Compulsory Insurance)Regulations 1998. Is there an equivalent law in the Republic of Ireland?

As far as I am aware - No. Thus having employers' liability cover is not compulsory. although there is a big EL market out there with many/most employers taking out the cover.
