NEBOSH Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management

Posted By Michael Neatis Hi,
I have been considering doing the NEBOSH Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management and was wondering if anyone may have comments for and against it.
One of the pro's is that I can do it locally over a couple of weeks and get it under my belt and onto my CV. But its not cheap and I don't know if the IEMA or anyone else for that matter holds it in high regard and is it recognised outside UK.
The alternative would be a diploma of some sort from a university over a year or two which could be progressed into an MSc.
Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Posted By DougieGeorge Hi Michael, I completed the Envir Man Dip last year & recommend it. Bit of study but nowhere near as hard as main NEBOSH Dip. I studied by distance learning with Midland company & found it good going.
