Just looking to see if anyone has any construction OHS legislation for Dubai. I keep hearing about it but haven't actaully been able to track any down to have a read. I am trying to look for similarities / differences with o/s legislation.

Try contacting the Dubai Municipality or other municipalities within the UAE. Where you will get information on local health and safety legislation. (Most have websites and downloads).

Hi Wayne,

You will need to look at Federal Law No. 8 Labour Law. You can find a link to this from the IOSH International Specialist Groupsite. Look on the left of this page - go to "specialist Groups" then International then "Links".
