I will soon finish my NVQ 4 which will allow me Graduate membership. How is this achieved is it automatically done on application and proof of certification?

Steve,
Initially a person joins IOSH as an Affiliate Member on production of a certificate for a recognised qualification such as the NVQ your application is assessed for Graduate Membership and approved by the Membership Sub-Committee. You can download an application form from the 'About Membership' section of this site and complete it and return it to us. In a few weeks an online application service will be available but if you are just completing it is best to enrol via the current system.
All the benefits of IOSH membership are available to Affiliate Members.
