Dear all,
I am currently working as a health and safety officer of a company with many branches in East Africa region. I need to develop a ranking system for evaluating the progress for the various branches' health and safety programs and performance. This is meant to award the best performing branch. Could anybody please help me out?

Regards
Isaiah
