Do you mean the Corporate Manslaughter Act which (finally) comes in next April and should make the prosecution of Companies easier as it will be the collective acts of the company which is looked at?

Do a search on the web- sites of organisations such as workplace law, rospa, hse, the centre for corporate accountability (who must take much of the credit for it), some of the trade unions, even the actual law itself

Hi Sian,

Take a look at the OPSI - Legislation site. It contains all relevant legislation in the Parliament format and is free to download. The link is www.opsi.gov (I think, well its someting like that anyway so its not hard to find).
