Enquire with HSE (or may be available via a HSE website link) or local authority EHO for a copy of the free "Height Aware" campaign pack.
It contains some very useful stuff including hard copy and CD's.
This was distributed as a run up to the work at height regs introduction but I am sure it would still be available.
