Does anyone have a decent site audit template i use?

Covering housekeeping, paperwork, inductions etc.

If you have a copy of "Health and Safety in Construction" HSG150, produced by the UK HSE (ISBN 0-7176-6182-2) go to Appendix 2 and you will get Construction H&S checklist which would form the basis for a good site audit.

If you want a management audit you can download one from www.web-safety.com/manual. Select 'Documents' from the left hand menu and the audit is last on the list.
