In our Branch (East Anglia) the meetings are open, so no form of membership card is needed.

If you are not sure, can I suggest you follow the link to the branches from the left hand menu bar. This will give you some contact names and details, so that you can contact your branch and ask for definitive advice on that point?

Regards
Jane

Check with the Branch beforehand - some do lay on a buffet/tea or they meet in premises which have a signing in system for security and they need to know who is coming from that point of view.
Otherwise usually just turn up and introduce yourself to Branch officers. There will probably be a sheet to sign to record attendance.
Our Branch doesn't ask for proof of membership - in theory members of the public coud attend.
