I am about to embark on compiling an attitudinal survey in my work place re: safety training. Any advice, tips or hints would be most appreciated, from those that have already been there......

Are you going to compare it to other types of training? Also, with care, using 24-7 safety (ie home safety...)
I found that it was worth linking it into accident figures (and from there the cost of accidents)
