Hi,

does anyone have a process mapped out for Employee Safety Consultation meetings ie from operative level through site agents to project directors. A process for feeding information up and down.......??

Hi Mike - First of all need to elect employee safety representatives onto the company health and safety committee. This has to be through a ballot box procedure - with the representatives being voted onto the committee by the employees and not by invitation from the employer. Initially the reps have to be nominated and seconded etc

Contact me if you wish to discuss further. Just had to do this for two companies following HSE visits to their premises.
