Hi
With regard to the installation of racking in a warehouse am I correct in that CDM regulations do not apply if the work will not last more than 30 days, that it does not involve more than five contractors on site and that normal activities within the warehouse will not be disrupted. any advice would be appreciated
regards
pat

Hi Pat
The CDM regs apply to all construction work now, (see Acop) however there are timescales that if exceeded certain appointments and actions need to be made
