Hi Everyone,
I'm currently tasked with a project to establish a New Hire HSE program to ensure staff is properly trained, oriented, supervised and identified (distinguished) while performing tasks to mitigate any opportunity for accidents or injury.

Has anyone been involved with anything similar? I’m especially keen to discover what type of metrics are being used to track/monitor performance.
Cheers,
Jim

James,

in addition to the "negative" reporting (accident rates) check the Neil Budworth paper on "positive" statistics.

Should still be availale on this site. Somewhere.
