Hi,
What H&S training do you think carers of people with learning difficulties would particularly need?
I was thinking of lone working, manual handling, violence and aggression, STF and risk assessments.

They would be working within a residential unit and at the peoples homes.

Hi,

Sounds like you've got most bases covered, but would maybe look at a dealing with difficult situations as well as violence and aggression
