I was hoping someone would be able to help me with some information I require: What are the minimum/maximum required lighting levels for a Postal sorting/distribution depot? This applies to sorting and office areas.

I have no access to a CIBSE Guide - Code for Interior Lighting, or a HS(G) 38 Lighting at Work, otherwise I would refer to them!

Many thanks

have you got access to the Workplace and DSE Regs? I am sure you will find the info on the hse website if not.
Both of these give the indications to lighting levels

Sorry I cant be more specific but at home at the moment.

Julian, Steve, thanks. My information library is pretty poor at the moment as I'm in a completely new post!!

Steve is that information from the CIBSE Code or HS(G) 38?

Regards
