A friend of mine has an interview at Corus and has been asked what would a robust training system for manual operators look like?

Any input gratefully received. I've only recently joined Amazon and have a background in financial services, so haven't been much help.
Thanks

Tony,
I would expect a basic manual operator training course to include things like, general site safety induction which would indicate specific site hazards, site rules and procedures, fire awareness trainig for site. This could be followed by IOSH Working Safely,Manual handling training and specific job training. There may be a need for COSHH training etc depending area to be worked in. There are other elements that could be added to a training course such as noise awareness and many more. Hope this gives you a start,

Best regards
Phil
