I have been asked to investigate the legislative requirements for storage / warehousing of materials in Dubai. I have been trying to find legislation, etc via the internet but to no avail.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of specific guidance, or do I just apply HSG 51, 71 etc.?

Dave, I have to admit I am not au fait with the quoted document however are you refering to high flam storage or just flammable coatings such as paints etc.

I may know someone who may have info.

It depends on which area of Dubai you are talking about, i.e the ports, or construction sites etc., plus there are different requirements for PCFC or Dubai Municipality areas.
