Is anyone aware of any Corporate Manslaughter Seminars/Conferences taking place in the near future around the Leeds Area?

Or

Know of any persons, companies or law firms who may organise such events?

Hope someone can help

Dominic

Dominic,

I'm afraid you've just missed a short presentation on 26 September hosted by James Thompson of Hammonds solicitors (Park Lane) for the CIWM.

He will be able to tell you if it will be repeated.

Hammonds are on 0870 839 7685

I am a Director in a Block of Flats (4 Storeys) and we have a disabled person (wheelchair bound) on the top Floor. The question is - Do we have to provide an Evac Chair (bearing in mind the new fore regs)

Also, do we need to install emergency lighting in the communal stairway hall considering that we got a external staircase as well
