Has anyone hosted a Fire Walking event and has risk assessments and advice they are willing to share? Thanks

A charity organisation that I'm involved in was considering undertaking a fire walking event. They sought legal advice and were advised not to go anywhere near this activity.
I would have thought that the providers of this activity, would have been able to provide you with an appropriate risk assessment. Also details of potential users of their services. The BBC (Jeremy Kyle show) did an event as part of a programme, with people of low self esteem (to promote confidence building.) Each of the participants in the programme walked across the hot coals. Not one of them came to any harm. Not as much as a blister.
