Hi all,
Could someone please tell me if the current COSHH regs stipulate when an assessment review must take place, and if when carrying out a review it must be documented. I always believed it stated " at regular intervals" and "if something had changed?" Am i still correct in thinking this?
Regards,
Mart

Yes you are correct in thinking to review if any changes or at regular intervals, or any incidents or complaints.
Also be aware that there were changes made to / and additions made to the EH40 starting from 1st October this year.
