Happy Monday all, does anyone have any factual info on the emissions from certain types of printers, getting a few enquiries about this now and there is very little info from reliable or authoritative sources.

Thanks in advance

unfortunately no definitive answers but this is the new scientist take on the recent research published.

The answer, I think, is watch this space but it will be interesting to see what develops.

My standard response has been along the lines of that there is no conclusive evidence but that I am monitoring the situation. Not sure what else to say to people. That and ensuring the rooms are adequately ventilated

I remember some retired IOSH senior board member or CEO being quoted as saying there is not a problem with laser printers. Wish I could remember where. Perhaps the moderator knows who it was.
