Alex can you give a bit more detail as to what you are actually doing as in are you joining a cable or hooking up to something

I assume you are manufacturing these connectors, and would therefore be able to assess the hazards and associated risks far better than the majority on the forums; perhaps if you were able to supply further information it 'may' help.
